Adult Content and Services
Pornography, sexually explicit materials (including literature, imagery, videos, or media) designed primarily for sexual gratification.
Adult services, including prostitution, escorts, sexual massages, fetish services, mail-order brides, pay-per-view adult content, or adult live-chat features.
Adult video stores, gentleman's clubs, topless bars, or strip clubs.
Any AI-generated content that falls into the above categories.
Sexually oriented items or services.
Financial Products and Services
Debt settlement, debt negotiation, debt consolidation, or debt relief services.
ATMs, check cashing, money orders, traveler's checks, or payable-through accounts.
Debt collection agencies.
Funded prop trading.
Peer-to-peer money transmission services.
Selling bearer shares or operating shell banks.
Gambling and Games of Chance
Any form of gambling, including online gambling, casino games, sweepstakes, contests, or fantasy sports leagues with monetary or material prizes.
Games of skill (e.g., video game tournaments, card games, board games, darts) that involve entry fees and offer monetary or material prizes.
Lotteries, sports betting/odds-making, or bidding fee auctions.
Any activity where payment of an entry or player fee promises a prize of value.
Weapons, Explosives, and Dangerous Materials
Any weapons, firearms, accessories, or ammunition.
Improperly marked or replica firearms (including toys that could be mistaken for real ones).
Explosives, toxic, flammable, combustible, or radioactive materials.
Pesticides that require application by a certified professional.
Research chemicals or unmailable goods (per postal regulations).
Intellectual Property Infringement
Counterfeit goods or unauthorized replicas.
Music, films, software, books, or other licensed materials sold without proper authorization.
Unauthorized sale of brand-name or designer products.
Any products or services that infringe trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
Marijuana and Cannabis-Related Products
Cannabis products and cannabis dispensaries.
CBD products containing THC levels above the legal limit in the relevant jurisdiction (including edibles).
Hydroponic equipment or other cultivation tools specifically marketed for growing marijuana.
Courses, guides, or information on cultivating marijuana.
Nutraceuticals and Pseudo-Pharmaceuticals
Pseudo-pharmaceuticals or nutraceuticals that make unsafe or harmful health claims.
Non-Fiat Currency and Crypto
Cryptocurrency mining or staking equipment/services.
Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs).
Secondary sales of NFTs (non-fungible tokens).
Travel Services
Commercial airlines, cruises, charter flights, or private airlines.
Timeshare services.
Other Prohibited Categories
Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM) programs focused on recruitment or commission-based sales, or "get rich quick" schemes.
Identity theft protection or monitoring services.
Bankruptcy legal services, bail bonds, or law firms collecting funds for non-fee purposes.
Credit monitoring, credit repair, or credit counseling services.
Loan repayments processed via credit cards.
Government services offered without proper authorization, with misleading claims, or without added value (including embassy/consulate services or disbursement of grants).
Unfair, deceptive, or abusive practices that violate consumer protection laws.
Important Reminders
This policy helps us comply with financial regulations and payment network rules.
Violating these rules may result in immediate removal of your product/campaign, account suspension, or permanent ban with no prior warning.
We reserve the right to remove any product or suspend any account at our discretion if it poses legal, reputational, or safety risks—even if not explicitly listed above.
